Lovely, friendly traditional pub behind the fish quay. The ‘Pilchards’ is the oldest pub in the village and offers an extensive lunchtime and evening menu, including local fish, all year round. Real ales and live music in the pub every weekend. Log fire in the winter, beer garden with great views across the village in the summer. Kids and dogs are welcome.

Situated in the heart of the village, The Old Mill House offers a fine character bar, Real ales and good food at breakfast, lunchtime and in the evenings. Also, ‘The Mill’ offers Pizza to eat in or take away through until 11.00pm There is a games/children’s room, a beer garden with the river running alongside, open fire and mulled wine in the winter. Please note that due to comfort of all guests pushchairs are not allowed into the restaurant.Captain Nemo’s Pub & Grill which is located underneath the main restaurant is open during the summer months. The menu is simpler than the restaurant but again the food is excellent. No under 18’s are allowed into Nemo’s.
