The ground floor features a large kitchen/diner, there is a log burner and beautifull fitted kitchen. The appliances include oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and there is plenty of room to prepare your meals on the granite worktops. The laundry facilities are in a separate utility area on the top floor of the house.
Fully centrally heated throughout the cottage is warm and inviting anytime of the year.

Stairs lead to the first floor bedroom and shower room. A double compact bedroom, beautifully decorated and furnished and a shower room with large walk in shower and w/c. Three steps lead to the lounge area with feature fireplace, LCD TV with DVD, X-Box and iPod docking station and furnished with a very comfortable leather suite. Window seats are provided and all the soft furnishings, ornaments and artwork throughout the house have been selected by a professional interior designer.
