Old Chequets is not being let as it is now a private residence. Please return to the main website and here are some other suggestions for similar cottages: Little Warren (the closest match to Old Chequets), Harbour Watch or The Shell House, There is also PierInn House.  

Layout: The house is approached from The Warren via a path with 60 steps. Entry to porch then lobby area then doors off to lounge left and right into dining area then to kitchen. Another door off the lobby leads to the Shower wet room and toilet. There is a utility area at the rear of the house off the kitchen also. Stairs off lobby lead to landing with doors off to: Family bathroom, separate cloakroom and 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and lovely sea views. Heating throughout by electric storage heaters and parking is provided in a secure private car park about a 7 minute walk away.
