Wayside Cottage is a refurbished one bedroom cottage located a 2 minute walk from Polperro harbour. Offering stylish and airy accommodation for couples wanting to enjoy the delights of Polperro and Cornwall. Well equipped and decorated, furnished and presented to a very good standard. The kitchen is equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, cafetiere and all the utensils you need to self cater with ease. There is a washer dryer located in a cupboard on the first floor landing. The dining area is suitably furnished for your meals. For your entertainment there is a TV with a "Free Sat" in the lounge and broadband is also supplied (Wi-Fi). The cottage accepts pets and includes all utilities and reserved parking is also provided in a private car park (5 minute walk). You can offload luggage and passengers outside the cottage. This cottage is not suitable for children of any age.

The cottage is set over 3 floors. Entry to ground floor into kitchen/diner, stairs to first floor comprising bedroom and shower room. Stairs to second floor comprising lounge and patio doors off landing to outside decking area.
