A traditional layout with bedrooms on the first and second floors this 3 storey, white washed cottage welcomes you into a newly fitted and well equipped, character filled kitchen. In the lounge/dining area the wealth of character continues with beamed ceilings and white washed Cornish stone walls. There is a SMART TV and the lounge also boasts a log burner. There is one bathroom, which features a roll top bath and a shower cubicle and a small outside seatring area to watch the world go by. The cottage also comes with wi-fi, parking for one car in the main Polperro Car Park (about a 9 minute walk) and you can bring 2 dogs and dogs stay free of charge!
