The Government have announced that Lockdown will end and our cottages can re-open on 12th April (providing conditions are met). The 12th April date is for ONE HOUSEHOLD only. For two households the date is 17th May. And for mixed households it is 21st June. These dates are all subject to the criteria set by Government being met and may be subject to change
If you want to book a cottage please ensure you do read the Terms and Conditions before you book.
If you need to change your booking due to the household rules or are due to come before 12th April then please do the following:
1. Want a credit note. Email us at [email protected] requesting a credit note quoting your booking reference number or the name of the cottage and dates booked.
2. Want a date change. Please go on our website and find a new holiday, it can be a different cottage if your original one is now not available for the dates you want. Book the cottage online in the normal way, when you get to the payment option select Bank Transfer. DO NOT make any payment on the new date holiday. Then please email us and let us know you have re-booked new dates and we will apply any payment on your original booking to the new booking, we will then email a new booking form.
3. Need help. If you really need to talk to us about your booking you can call 01503 272 320. Please only do this if the advice above does not provide the solution. We are extremely busy dealing with all the date moves and new bookings that the Government announcement has created and the less time we spend on the phone the quicker we can help everyone
Thank you for your continued support and patience. Keep well and follow the Government advice so we can all benefit from the proposed dates become reality and get back to all doing what we love to do....visit Polperro!!
