About this Property

Cobblecot is located in Talland Street just a few yards from the harbour. A superbly restored period cottage it offers 3 bedrooms, a double and two singles, making it a very popular choice not only for families but particularly for friends holidaying together. There is plenty of character to be found in the main living area with beamed ceiling and feature fireplace and the modern comforts of the cottage include a very well equipped kitchen/breakfast room and modern shower room. The master bedroom is massive and also benefits from an additional dressing area. There are two good sized single bedrooms and the location of Cobblecot means all that Polperro has to offer is just a short walk away including the picturesque harbour and coastal walks and beach. Broadband now included. Parking is included in the rental in a private car park about a 5 minute walk away up a gradient. Cobblecot will particularly appeal to families with 2 children who want them to sleep in separate bedrooms while on holiday but without having to pay for a larger 3 bedroomed cottage. Sorry this cottage is not suitable for infants.

“As a Christmas present I booked my Mum and Nan Cobblecot in Polperro for one week. I decided to tag a long and I am so glad I did. The website had so much information about the cottage and the photos made it look so nice. Polperro itself is stunning, I had never been to Cornwall before this trip but loved it. It was everything I expected it to be and a lot more. The service I received and the standard of the cottage made for what I would say is one of our best holidays to date. So much so that I have booked to stay in another cottage again this year and am equally looking forward to that.”
