We most welcome telephone enquiries and can provide expert local knowledge on all of the cottages we market and Polperro itself. Call Giles our Polperro Sales Manager on 01503 272 320 (open every day 9 am to 9 pm). He took the photos of each cottage, knows them well, knows all about Polperro and is looking forward to helping you find the perfect cottage for your stay.
There are 2 methods of payment: Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card. As a small business one of our biggest costs is card processing charges. Paying by bank transfer saves this cost. and in saving this money we will make more profit and therefore pay more tax to the UK Government enabling more investment in the things we all rely on like the NHS, Schools and Public Services. If you are able to pay by bank transfer like many of our regular guests we really appreciate this.We also offer staged payments by bank transfer if you wish to pay for your booking as you have funds available. Minimum payment of £100.00 please.
If you have an electric car and bring this to the property it cannot be charged at the holiday let. Holiday lets are commercial properties and are not insured for charging electric vehicles. They do not have the correct facilities to do this and charging of electric vehicles is a breach of the Booking Terms and Conditions. There is electric vehicle charging available at The Millpool Car Park in West Looe (approx. 4 miles from Polperro)
No, although we do recommend you have this in place in case of cancellation. Our Tip: Check the Terms and Conditions of your Debit/Credit card as many offer a free annual Travel Insurance Cover within your benefits package and this may be the cheapest option to get insurance cover for your holiday.
All prices quoted on the website include our booking fee of £45.00.
If you are bringing more than one car you can park all additional cars in the main Polperro Car Park. The cost is currently £40 per week per car. You cannot pre-book (you don't need to) and they only take cash!!
All heating, electricity and water is included in the rental charge
Yes, all of our availability calendars are live so the dates you see available are.

Yes, full payment is required to secure your booking
Yes, but only if the arrival date is more than one month away and the reservation can only be held for 48 hours.
You book online in the normal way but when you get to the payment options you simply opt for bank transfer, then you must email us to hold it for you.
Yes, all properties will be freshly cleaned and laundered with beds made up for your arrival.
Cots and High Chairs are available free of charge at nearly all of our properties, please use the search filters to request these, if a property is unsuitable for infants this will be explained in the property details. Please note linen is not supplied for cots.
If you are staying for longer than 10 days you can request a linen and towel change from your house manager. This can be organised directly with the house manager before you start your holiday, the contact details will be in your arrival information pack. They can also organise rubbish removal too.

If you wish to bring your pet please use the Search Filters to search for Pet Friendly cottages. Most Pet Friendly cottages will accept 2 dogs, those that only accept 1 dog will state this in the cottage description, and there is no charge for bringing your pet. We expect pet owners to act responsibly, please clear up after your pet whether in the garden/outside space of a property or the village itself. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture and no responsibility is accepted by the Property Owner for their safety
Parking is provided with all of our Polperro cottages and the cost is included in the rental price quoted. Some cottages offer on-site parking but this is rare, the cottage website will state how far the parking is from the cottage (i.e. 5 minute walk). If you want to know exactly where the parking is for a specific cottage please call our Polperro office on 01503 272 320. 
There is no cleaning charge to pay, however we do ask that you leave the property in a tidy manner when you vacate.
Yes all of the properties are equipped with TV's and the vast majority also have some kind of streaming service, for example:- Netlfix.. Some also have DVD players. Please check the individual property description for a full list of the entertainment equipment provided.
All of our properties are maintained by local house mangers or management companies and any issues that may occur will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently. You will have a contact number in your arrival pack and in the property itself for you to speak to them if you need to.
No - all of our properties are non-smoking.

Just back from the most wonderful holiday in Polperro. It is such a beautiful place.Our cottage was perfect and the kids had amazing cliff top adventures. Restaurants , cafes and pubs were fantastic and we were very impressed with COVID controls. I cannot recommend highly enough.
