Boatmans Cabin is a beautifully restored property just a few yards from Polperro harbour. All the village amenities are a short walk away with a great selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and eateries to choose from. There is a single oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer and everything you need to self cater. Through to the lounge/dining area the wealth of character continues with beamed ceilings and white washed Cornish stone walls. There is a SMART TV and the lounge also boasts a log burner, perfect for those winter nights socialising with friends and family. The first floor has a double bedroom and the bathroom, which features a roll top bath and a shower cubicle. The second floor has a King double and a twin bedroom. Towels are provided. The cottage also comes with wi-fi, parking for one car in the main Polperro Car Park (about a 9 minute walk) and you can bring 2 dogs and dogs stay free of charge
