Ferndale is a delightful 3 bedroom cottage with outside space located close to the harbour. Benefits include onsite parking which is rare for a cottage so close to the harbour. There are two double bedrooms (both King size) the master has a bathroom with a bath & hair hose and one twin bedroom, a shower room. There is also a separate cloakroom. The living areas include a comfortable lounge with TV with Netflix and also featuring a log burner in the attractive fireplace. There is a kitchen/diner, the kitchen is fully equipped to self cater and appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, single electric oven and gas hob. There is an iron and ironing board. The bathrooms consist a family bathroom with bath and a shower room with walk in shower. The outside patio areas both have patio furniture and there is onsite parking for one car. (Maximum vehicle length 4.85 meters) The cottage has central heating. The cottage provides towels, all utilities are included and pets are welcome free of charge.

Layout: Ferndale has about 40 steps to the front door, where there is an outside seating area. Entry to lobby area on the ground floor. Which has a lounge, the twin bedroom, a king-size double bedroom, a shower room, kitchen/diner & a downstairs W/C. A flight of stairs take you to the master king-size double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bath & hair hose attachment. To the rear of the property is a flight of about 30 steps that takes you up to the second patio/sun terrace.
