Mermaid Cottage is a charming 3 storey whitewashed character cottage located just 40 yards from the harbour. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 guests with a double bedroom with vaulted, beamed ceiling and a single bedroom (with a 2ft 6in bed). The cottage has a well equipped kitchen/diner on the ground floor offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cafetiere and a washer/dryer. Everything you need to self cater is provided although there are numerous places to eat just a short walk from the property whether you want a sit down meal in a pub, restaurant or cafe or a snack from the many other food oulets that Polperro has to offer. The lounge is on the first floor with a TV with Blue Ray player and coal effect electric fire, there is a shower room with WC on this floor also. The bedrooms are located on the second (top) floor and the master double bedroom has a very spacious feel thanks to the vaulted, beamed ceiling and it also features an ornate and attractive light fitting. The single bedroom is also on the top floor. Pets are welcome and up to 2 dogs can stay free of charge. Wi-fi is included Parking is included (a permit for the main Polperro Car Park about a 10 minute walk from the cottage)
