Molyneux returns to our portfolio for 2024 having last been with us in 2019. The cottage was always a popular choice due to its central location, character and the outside decking/garden area at the rear of the cottage which is accessed off the top floor. Please note there are steps up to the decking area. Set out over 3 storeys there is a well equipped kitchen/diner on the ground floor, a first floor lounge with beamed ceiling and feature flame effect electric fire and the bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor, with a door out to access the garden/decking area. The kitchen features a single electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine, toastie maker and slow cooker and all the utensils needed to self cater. The comfortable lounge with its 'honey coloured beamed ceiling' and feature effect electric flame fire and interesting lighting also has TV with Roku Streambar, DVD player and a NOW TV entertainment and move package. There is also a Bluetooth speaker and the cottage has fast fibre broadband (wi-fi). Molyneux comes with allocated parking in a private car park about a 3 minute walk away and wi-fi is included, up to 2 dogs are welcome and pets stay free with us! Towels are provided.
