Our ever popular Deferred Deposit Deal is back! We are offering all guests the opportunity to book their perfect cottage by September 30th 2026 for a 2027 holiday in Polperro with an initial deposit of just £60.00. There are some Terms and Conditions to this popular deal:-
1. The Deal is available only on bookings placed between 30th August and 30th September 2026. Bookings can be made online (select Bank Transfer on the payment page and only send the £60.00 not the normal deposit requested) or call to book by phone (Giles on 01503 272 320)
2. All payments for the entire booking have to be made by Bank Transfer
3. The remainder of the deposit must be paid by 31st December 2026. If you decide not to proceed and pay the remainder of the deposit you will lose the £60.00 already paid
4. The holiday needs to take place between 28th March 2027 and up to and including the New Year week commencing 28th December 2027.
