The layout of the house is unusual in that you enter via the first floor, from approx. 12 steps down from the parking area, you soon discover why when you see the large lounge area (feature fireplace only) with a balcony overlooking the lovely garden. The garden is perfect for al-fresco dining or simply relaxing soaking up the sun and enjoying the ambience. Set over two floors and offering parking for 3 vehicles (one in a garage and two on the drive), Stoneacre has 3 bedrooms comprising 2 doubles (both with King size beds) and one twin, an en-suite shower room (with toilet) and a family bathroom with roll top bath. There is a large lounge with balcony off and spacious kitchen/diner which is well equipped for self catering. There are a further set of steps down from the ground floor to the rear garden which is an attractive space for you to enjoy the Cornish climate, complete with raised decking area and patio furniture. With a pub/restaurant just a 2 minute walk you can dine out with ease too, and you will find a much larger selection of eateries within a 7 minute walk. The picturesque harbour is about an 12-15 minute walk as are the stunning coastal walks and beach. The cottage will accept up to 2 dogs free of charge and all linen, towels and utilities are included in the rental price. The first floor comprises the lounge (feature fireplace only) with balcony off overlooking the garden, a double bedroom, a family bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment (for washing hair etc) and the large kitchen/diner. A door reveals stairs leading down to the ground floor which compromises the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room (with toilet) and a further twin bedroom. A door leads out to a set of steps to access the rear garden where you will find a raised decking area with patio furniture to relax, eat meals and soak up the Cornish climate.
