About The Moorings

The Moorings is perfectly situated in a prime position on the original harbour wall of the historic fishing village of Polperro. Fully refurbished for the 2018 season this beautiful cottage enjoys outstanding views of the harbour, village and out to sea and benefits from a large balcony overhanging the harbour where you can sit and watch the boats bob up and down and soak up the atmosphere of this picturesque harbour village. The prime location of allows you to explore the shops, lovely restaurants, fine pubs, beach and coastal walks just minutes from your front door. The configuration includes one en-suite double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances include a microwave, oven & hob, fridge, freezer,dishwasher and there is also a washer/drier for your laundry needs. The kitchen has a patio door out to the balcony which has patio furniture for al-fresco meals. The lounge/diner has another patio door with direct access to the large balcony. The cottage is very well presented and will suit couples, friends and families alike & is pet friendly. Parking is included in the rental and is a 6 minute flat walk away in a private car park. This parking space is wide enough for a standard width car only. Please note the log burner in the lounge photos is not working as is for decorative purposes only.
