The Shell House is one of the most photographed and famous houses in Polperro and has featured in numerous books on the village. A true 'Landmark' property it is now available for holiday letting following a complete and luxurious refurbishment and it offers stunning accommodation featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lounge, large kitchen/diner, outside seating area and a roof terrace decking area with lovely sea views.
Located in the traffic free 'Warren' the house overlooks the harbour and is perfectly positioned to give easy access to all of the amenities Polperro has to offer, from the selection of pubs, restaurants, eateries and shops. The harbour is just seconds away and you can be walking the stunning coastal path walks within just a couples of minutes of leaving the house.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and there is a TV, DVD and CD for your entertainment and broadband (wi-fi) is also supplied.
The Shell House is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) and pets stay free of charge.
Reserved parking for one car is a 2 minute walk away private car park.
Further parking is available locally (local charges apply of approx. £40 per week).

Short flight of Stairs to lobby area with a desk & broadband access a doorway leads to a outside seating for two: Stairs to: First floor - one compact double bedroom and one shower room, - 3 steps into Lounge. Stairs to second floor with 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite cloakroom), one bathroom, utility area and access to roof terrace and patio/seating area. Pet friendly. Parking is provided for one car in a small private car park about a 2 minute walk away. Additional parking can be utilised in the main Polperro Car Park if required (cost per car approx £30 per week).
