Wesley House, The Big Green, Polperro  (back to search)

Wesley House joins us for 2025. It is accessed via a few steps and is on the first and second floors of the building. Located next to The Big Green in the centre of the village this character cottage has 3 bedrooms (two king size doubles and a bunk-bedded room) and two shower rooms. There is a large open plan living area with a comfortable lounge at one end with 3 sofas, log burner and SMART TV. There is a dining area for 6 guests and the kitchen is well equipped with electric oven (double) and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also an iron and ironing board and all the utensils you need to self cater. There is no outside space but being located next to The Big Green there is outside seating close by and the harbour is just a 2 minute stroll away. Conveniently situated for all of the amenities Polperro has to offer there are numerous pubs and eateries within a short walk. All utilities are included in the rental price as are towels and A pre-paid parking permit is provided for use in the main public car park (approx 8-10 mins walk). Up to 2 dogs are welcome free of charge.

Layout - 12 stone steps to Front door: Entry door to the kitchen/lounge/diner. A shower room - Stairs to - First Floor - 2 king size double bedrooms (one has a on suite shower room) and a bunk bedroom. Parking is included in the price with a pre-paid permit for 1 car for the main car park a 8-10 minute walk away.
