Ye Olde Bark House joins us for the 2024 season and is a stunning 2 bedroom harbour side cottage. It has been painstakingly refurbished to the highest standard with incredible attention to every detail. The kitchen features a 'range style' electric oven with two ovens, a warming space and two hot plates (all very simple to operate), a microwave, fridge, freezer and a washer/dryer and all the utensils you will need to self cater. The main bedroom features a bespoke bed made in the style of a boat (it is 5ft wide, so a Queen size) and the nautical theme continues in the bunk bedded room (the bunk beds are 3ft wide, so adult size). The bathroom houses the gorgeous 'roll top copper bath' with shower attachment and the wrap around Polperro beach scene. The lounge has a SMART TV and a log burner and note there is a spiral staircase to the first floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located. There are harbour views from the main living area and master bedroom and there is a door from the dining room end of the living space out to an outside seating area with feature table and chairs where you can soak up the atmosphere of the harbour and watch the world go by. Reserved parking is included in a private barrier controlled car park less than a 3 minute walk away. Towels are included for your convenience and up to 2 dogs are welcome free of charge. COUPLES DISCOUNTS:- Couples only discounts (which means the double bedroom only will be available) are available for stays from the week after the Easter period up to the end of October, with the exception of School Holidays (Whitsun week and the Summer School Holidays).
